Job Title : Head Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise nursing staff.
2. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
4. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (doctors, therapists, etc.).
6. Coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
7. Monitor patient satisfaction and quality metrics.
8. Identify and address staff training needs.
9. Participate in budget planning and resource management.
10. Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing B.sc/M.sc
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
