- To Assist Group Company Secretary in Conducting and organizing AGM’s.
- Preparation of board resolutions.
- Coordination and implementation of SEBI guidelines.
- Misc., jobs of Secretarial department from time to time.

Qualified CS
With 0 to 3 years corporate experience in Secretarial dept.
